This premium Salami is produced with the finest pork meat cuts, the ones used for Salame Gentile, the so called “trito di banco”.
Campagnolo Salami is a seasoned raw cured meat obtained from exclusively Italian high-quality pork and typical of the northern regions of Italy.
This salami is perfect on its own accompanied with rustic bread, on a cutting board and also for creative recipes such as a Paella with country salami or for a filling of pasta, roasts or vegetables.
The Campagnolo Salami is characterized by a typical regular cylindrical shape and a characteristic, sweet and delicate flavor. When cut it has a red color with white lardons giving off a fragrant scent.
