BBQ Souvlaki on Garlic Naan

Ingredients
5pc Marinated Souvlaki Skewers, Pork or Chicken
1pk Garlic Naan
1tub Tzatziki Sauce
3pc Rainbow Peppers
1pc Red Onions, Thick Sliced Rounds
1pc English Cucumber, Julienne
½pc Radicchio, Chiffonnade
TT Olive Oil
Method
Rub oil on onion slices, char on grill, separate rings, season to taste
Grill peppers on BBQ until skin is well charred, place in a bowl, cover, let cool
Remove Skin and seeds from peppers, slice thin, toss with oil, season to taste
Toss cucumber and radicchio with olive oil, season to taste
Grill Souvlaki on BBQ, cook until well done
Heat Naan on BBQ
Assemble souvlaki as desired
