Crispy Panko Chicken Wrap

This Crispy Panko Chicken Wrap is made with chicken breasts coated in spices and crispy panko crumbs, stuffed in a wrap with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and crispy bacon. A super tasty wrap recipe for a snack, meal prep, or healthy lunch or dinner!

Crispy Panko Chicken Wrap 

Yield 2 portions 


½ pc 225g chicken breast, fillet in half  

2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs

1 cup All-purpose flour

2 pc Eggs, whisked 

6 pc Sliced bacon 

2 pc Tortilla wraps 10”

2 pc Lettuce leaves 

1 pc Tomato, sliced thin 

1 pc Avocado, sliced thin 

4 tbsp Favourite Condiment Sauce (BBQ sauce, ranch, mayo, etc) 


  • Slice fillet of chicken into strips, season to taste

  • Season panko, flour and eggs with salt and pepper, add your favourite spices (optional) 

  • Proceed with breading: dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then panko bread crumbs 

  • Shallow fry chicken on both sides in veg or canola oil

  • Finish cooking chicken strips in a preheated 370*F Oven until internal temp of 165*F

  • Cook 6 strips of bacon on a frying pan or in the oven 

  • Assemble each wrap as follows: 2 tbsp of sauce, lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon and chicken


Once assembled, grill the chicken wrap on a hot non stick pan for crispy tortilla
