Avocado Summer Rolls – Vegan, Gluten Free

Try our NEW Avocado Summer Rolls, made with fresh avocado, red cabbage, fine julienne cut carrots tossed in a gluten-free tamari soy sauce, wrapped up in a spring roll wrapper. This is perfect for a light snack, appetizer, or lunch! Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian.

Avocado Summer Rolls – Vegan, Gluten Free

Yield 2 servings


Ingredients

5 pc Rice Paper Spring Roll Wrappers 

2 pc Small Avocados, sliced thin 

1 cup Cabbage, fine julienne

1 cup Carrots, fine julienne

1 cup Gluten free tamari soy sauce 

½ tsp Chili flakes (optional)

1 tsp Cilantro, chopped fine (optional)

2 cups Warm water in a wide bowl


Method

  • Dip rice paper wrapper in warm water until semi flexible 

  • Fill wrap with avocado, cabbage and carrots, roll tight, slice in half, arrange on a plate 

  • For dipping sauce, pour tamari soy in a small bowl

  • Garnish dipping sauce with chili flakes and chopped cilantro (optional) 


Suggestion

If you do not have cilantro or chili flakes in your pantry, add them to your cart 

Save extra rice paper, vegetables and avocados to make more spring rolls 

Use extra cabbage, carrots and gluten free soy sauce for stir fry or salad
