Tofu Stir Fry & Rice Noodles

Tofu Stir Fry & Rice Noodles

Yield 2 servings 


Ingredients

2 nests Rice Noodles 

¼ pc Broccoli, cut into florettes 

½ pc Red Bell Pepper, sliced 

2 cups Red Cabbage, sliced

1 cup Carrot, sliced 

2 cups Snow Peas, strings removed 

½ cup onion, sliced 

½ pc 200g - tofu, cubed 

1 pack general tao, stir fry sauce

¼ bch Cilantro, chopped (optional) 

1 tbsp sesame seeds white (optional) 

2 tbsp soy sauce (optional) 

½  cup water

TT Canola / Vegetable Oil 


Method 

  • Fry tofu in a hot pan with oil until golden brown, season to taste, set aside 

  • Add vegetables to hot pan, stir fry until al dente, add general tao sauce and water

  • Bring sauce to a boil, reduce by half, Stir in tofu, add fresh chopped cilantro 

  • Cook noodles as per package instructions, strain set aside 

  • Toss rice noodles with soy sauce and oil (optional) 

  • Serve tofu stir fry on top of noodles

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro (optional)
