Peach & Prosciutto Pizza

Try our NEW Peach & Prosciutto Pizza - it's the perfect summer pizza recipe, made with seasonal fresh peaches and aromatic basil. Great as an appetizer to share with friends or family. We suggest serving with some sparkling wine!

Peach & Prosciutto Pizza 

Yield 1 pizza crust 10”


1 pc 250g Pizza Crust 10” 

¼ pc 125g Ricotta cheese 

1 tbsp sugar, granulated

1 tsp lemon juice

1 ½ pc peaches, sliced 

4 pc Sliced Prosciutto 

5 pc Fresh Basil Leaves 

½ cup Balsamic vinegar (optional) 


  • Whip ricotta cheese with sugar and lemon juice, set aside

  • Sautee peaches in a hot nonstick pan, set aside 

  • If peaches are too tart, add some sugar to taste while sautéing peaches 

  • Reduce balsamic vinegar by half, let sit at room temperature 

  • Heat up pizza crust in oven as per package instructions

  • When pizza crust is ready, remove from oven, let cool for 5 min. start to assemble 

  • Start with ricotta, then layer with peaches and prosciutto

  • Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of pizza 

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves
