Refunds and cancellations are subject to certain conditions. Please read carefully to understand our policies.
If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hrs of the date you received the delivery and we will either replace the product, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order;
- Has missing or incorrect items that you were charged for on the final receipt
- Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.
Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to several days to see the funds in your account, depending on your bank.
You’ll get an email confirmation right away for any credits or refunds.
We strive to provide you with the best service and highest quality products. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with any of your products (within 24 hours of receiving your order) and we will replace the same item or provide you with a substitute item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Order cancellations are required 24 hrs prior to delivery day otherwise order will be charged in full.
The order can be cancelled by phone or through gocart.city app or from our website.
